7. Payment Terms

Cancellation

Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your hiring decisions and recruitment processes comply with applicable employment, discrimination, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. VSL Hire does not provide legal advice and our services should not be used as a substitute for legal counsel or compliance review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSL Hire's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VSL Hire harmless from any claims arising from:
